- 2 crashing bugs fixed

- brainpower, quickeye and remove curse now have a 1 round lag even 
  if you aren't an arcane mage

- new NEW balm is not quite as OP as balm (it was healing 5hp every 
  1.25 seconds). Also it doesn't crash the mud now.

- Some re-organizing of the source code in prep for working on 
  guns
  
- Bonding fixed on Naraka items
