Bug fixes:

- harvest was treating every success as a failure. It no longer does this.
- can again fletch directly from trees.
- Misc area and typo fixes
- Fixes garnet ring to be in spec
- fixes a crashing bug
- Inspect on the new arrows was showing 'decrease' instead of 'increase'
  on the better arrows.

Other:
- Damage shields loaded on a character will attenuate based on the 
  level of the target. Sorry, no more 41 points of damage shields 
  on level 1 characters :)
  
- The autohelp line after inspect is changed to a normal part of the 
  inspect text.

- You can only apply a balm to someone you are grouped with.

- Skill gains for tradeskills is now displayed in the experience color

- Instant Death changes:

    Sorry to slide this one like this but we had to push the crashing
    bug fix sooner rather than later
    
    * Instant death will wake up the target on a failure
    * You'll have a 2 round wait if the spell fails, even if 
      you have arcane mastery

- Tradeskill skill gain formulas have completely change, but should 
  remain fundamentally the same.
  
    * the range of tradeskills is still 1-200 (or 1-100 atm for 
      fletching)
    
    * The code behind the skill gain formulas basically got everything 
      multiplied by 10 and then compared to a roll of 1-1000 rather
      than 1-100.
      
      In short, nothing really changes and this update should be  
      transparent. This just gives us finer control over modifiers 
      and reduces some rounding errors.
