- Arabia reevaluated as a level 1-5 area
- Tortuga reevaluated as a 10-15 area
- New quests in Tortuga as well as guidance from lima to Tortuga
- Vision of Death in MM no longer builds up a massive nuke when stunned/paralyzed to unleash when it
wakes up
- In Malta, customs clerk now boots people when he is stunned

CODE

- Fixes a bug where you couldn't look at recipes if your skill level in the trade skill you were
attempting to get recipes for was between 0 and 10
- The Industrial Era ability 'Improved Healing' is now known as 'Improved Surgery'
