---------------------------------------------------------------------------
General Code Changes

- Recuperation is now dictated by a timer, not an affect. It uses
  absolute time.
- You can now leave an instance under many circumstances (INSTANCE LEAVE
  or INSTANCE DEPART)
- Throwing grenades has a wait
- WARCRY BELLOW works again
- Fleeing now shows which direction you fled. Yes, it appears in
kinda a weird place but it's the best I could do for now.
- CONSIDER without any argument will consider everything in the room
- Adds the ability to define bags that hide the suppress the rent
of the objects inside (see areas below)
- Builders can force items to highlight in NPC corpses even if the
item doesn't trigger 'hey, this might be a good stat item' (see
the update one above this one)
- INSPECT will show more information about containers. (see the update
  two above this one)
- Fix for trueform sometimes showing a good message when the item is
actually even more damaged than before (If you choose to believe
in time travel, turn to page 34. Otherwise turn to page 71)
- Klein 2c don't suffer the mitigation cap penalty that other casters
  do
- Some herbs can now require certain natural abilities to use (brewing,
poulticing, powdering, etc). translation: Lima will have less options
to brew and such than Ireland. Also they can be configured to require
  a certain amount of spirit.

Entangle can still be used with all herbs.

NOTE: No existing herbs at the time of this update have been
modified and there's no intention to. Herbs added with this update
will have restrictions on who can use them. The results (amulets,
potions, powders) can still be used by anyone.

- Yep. You've made it this far and found the nerf. Gun/bow stunning
chance has been modified down slightly after reviewing the log output
for the skill. For top-end shooters, it should amount to about 2.5%
less chance of stun. We will keep an eye on this going forward to
adjust it back or forth depending.

DRUIDS

 - New herbs: amaranth (brew, powder, make amulet),
              burdock (brew/powder, make amulet),
              phlox (brew/powder, make amulet)
              masterwort (make amulet)

Note: these herbs do not have herblore entries yet

FARMING

 - Builders can determine how difficult it is to plant and take care
of certain crops. You must obtain a certain level of skill in farming
before attempting to even plant said seeds.
 - Seeds for the following crops are now in game: amaranth, burdock,
phlox and masterwort (these are the only way you can currently obtain
these herbs and yield is low... you'll see why)

CALENDARS
- See Calendar Doc
- There's a config that can toggle whether or not you see calendar
  entries when logging in.

FIST FIGHTING
- If a victim is dazed, combos do more damage
- The lower an opponent gets, the more damage fist fighting does. After
the opponent is below 40% health, you gain an increasing bonus to
  both normal and combo hits.
- The dazed effect fist-fighting can be refreshed on the victim

ERA ABILITIES
- More are in the works based on suggestions and feedback from Players
as well as imm discussion. This update contains two...

- Improved Recuperation, Medieval, 3 level, 3 points / level

o Gives a 12% bonus each time you use recuperate
o if you don't have the recuperate skill, this grants you access
to the recuperate command but only heals you 15 points for
every era level (15-45 points). For those remorts who use it,
it will use whichever value is higher once you obtain the
skill. You can learn these eras and use this command even if
you cannot learn this skill at all.

- Bountiful Benefits, Ancient, 3 levels, 3 points / level

o Beneficial buffs last 10% longer per era level when they affect
       you
