After you log in, your practice count will be recalculated based on:

1) Maximum = your level + 3 (4 at first level, 1 for every level after that)
2) -1 for every skill you've learned
3) -1 for every word you know
4) an additional -1 for every 2nd circle word you know 

If you'd previously learned elemental words at 2 practices, you get one 
refunded. This won't be the case going forward.
