Everyone,

We're changing stat-showing on new characters to a gradual showing (as it
presently does) to start with the first being visible at level 5. This is
being done for multiple reasons, the main being that we feel, as a staff, that
many have forgotten the true spirit of the game. Starting with the gradual
reveal at level 5 will still allow all stats to be visible by level 10, which
would give characters plenty of time to still utilize Hometown Citizenship
quests if desired.
